Real Estate Agents are welcome to take advantage of our lead generation program.

The affiliated agent will be immediately notified of any Home Search activity in our websites from within the agent's designated area.

The affiliated real estate agents will also be provided with the information released by those interested buyers who are also in the market to hire a real estate agent. The agents should contact the buyer immediately to obtain the business.

The agent will receive along with the information an intention letter from the buyer and will contact the buyer asap.

One intention letter and the lead will be sent to ONLY ONE agent. If the agent fails to contact the intended buyer the same lead can be transmitted to another affiliated agent.

After the agent signs up with the LeadAccess program, he/she will be allowed to list his/her all homes with our website FREE of cost as long as he/she intends to stay with the program.

The set up fee for the affiliation with our program is $199.00. After signing up the agent will be notified of all the Home Search activities in the designated area absolutely FREE. He/she will also receive the Intention Letter FREE.

To continue with the affiliation and to continue to receive the leads on Home Search activities and the Intention Letters, the agent has to pay a monthly Service fee of $ 49.00.

There is no long-term contract to sign up for the affiliation. The contract can Be terminated any time giving a 30-day notice.
